PM14 Grinder

This is an new enemy, Grinder. You see these little guys during Chapter 4.

Tattle: That's a Grinder, they are pesky little buggers that like to shoot seeds and run away. HP is 10, Attack is 3 and Defense is 0.

Attacks:
- Spits out watermelon seeds
- Rams into Mario

Quirks:
- turns darker color and gets dizzy when hit.
- After 2 turns will run away.
